i went to dinner last night to clear up some of the recent blog entries with someone, and i feel like it was really productive. i saw a side of this person that i haven’t seen in awhile… the one that drew me into being friends with him in the first place. and i was happy. it was much needed, and even if what i wrote about never existed… having dinner with a friend and just being able to talk… is always refreshing. i got a lot off my chest, and i truly believe he genuinely heard me. the fact he even made an effort to talk in the first place meant more to me than he knows.
and since i know he will be reading this…
thank you… for dinner, and for that hour or so of clarity.
