hola. day 13 of the shred complete. should be 2 weeks, but i had to skip on saturday. started level 2 on sunday, and i thought i was gonna vomit in the first 10 minutes. lol. seriously. i got through it though, and i've been really loving it. don't get me wrong, i still wanna die, lol, but it's so much better than level 1 because i KNOW my body is hitting it hard. it's one of those workouts that by the end when its cool down, you're sweating your face off (or in my case, sweating and possibly crying) and can literally just imagine any fat melting off. plus, the ab stuff in level 2 reminds me of the ones i did when i used to dance, so i was happily comfortable with them. i also know what i looked like when i used to dance... and its good that i know for a fact they work. haha.
