hola. day 13 of the shred complete. should be 2 weeks, but i had to skip on saturday. started level 2 on sunday, and i thought i was gonna vomit in the first 10 minutes. lol. seriously. i got through it though, and i've been really loving it. don't get me wrong, i still wanna die, lol, but it's so much better than level 1 because i KNOW my body is hitting it hard. it's one of those workouts that by the end when its cool down, you're sweating your face off (or in my case, sweating and possibly crying) and can literally just imagine any fat melting off. plus, the ab stuff in level 2 reminds me of the ones i did when i used to dance, so i was happily comfortable with them. i also know what i looked like when i used to dance... and its good that i know for a fact they work. haha.

hello hello :) 30 day shred day 8 complete! two more days until i move on to level 2. as i've mentioned though, i'm seeing results already. since i'm building muscle again, my weight has been going back and forth by a pound or two, but the inches have been melting off. and frankly that's all i'm concerned about. lol i've never worried about a scale anyway. even when i was dancing every day, my scale weight was much higher than what i actually looked like, because i had so much muscle. so regardless, my scale could say 500, haha. if i LOOK 130... i could care less ;)

just finished day 6 of the shred. i had to skip yesterday because i was up and out early and didn't get home until after 11. i'm a little shocked though, because i'm already down a pants size!!!! craziness. and last night, dan and i were in downtown disney, and i had short shorts on and my wedges. i walked past my reflection and i actually saw my legs looking awesome. IN 6 DAYS things are starting to be noticeable. super excited for the rest of this thing!
