Hi Jessica, I am not exactly sure how I came across your blog but needless to say I am already mildly obsessed! Haha. First of all, LOVE those shoes! They are absolutely wonderful. I seriously share your love for England and am really jealous that you have spent time there. I don’t know what it is, but I am so deeply in love with Europe and would love to have a place there one day as well. Just wanted to say how lovely your blog is and how lovely you seem as well! x

I am a big fan of your opinions and ideas, but… no… I do hope Lil Lauren is not the next American Idol. Something is just not right with that picture. Sorry.

Jessica, I’m here to comment on the Alex part of this post. I’ve been watching him on IICD. He’s gifted and amazing, his first vid is just utter pleasure on every level, and I’m really excited about his career and looking forward to simply enjoying his music. BLESS you for the good taste and the fortitude to right that Idol wrong. You are a hell of a woman.

Without some more background info to go on, I found this to be a very telling statement:

I’ve been married twice. The FEELING fades, but not necessarily in a bad way. You gain a best friend, the best bff that you ever had in the whole world if the relationship is solid. If you truly feel that this is something that you want in your life, then just let go and do it. If it doesn’t work out, there’s always divorce. LOL!

But, seriously, even though there are days (lots of them) when I want to punch my husband right in the face, I don’t know what I’d do without him. It’s really, really good to be loved. Let somebody love you like you deserve to be loved.
